Terms
Service terms.
These starter terms outline how website projects can be handled.
Quotes and scope
Project prices are confirmed in writing before work starts. A quote should describe the pages, features, timeline, revisions, launch support, and any ongoing care plan.
Payments
Payment terms should be agreed before each project begins. Many website projects use an upfront deposit and a final balance before launch or handover.
Client content
You are responsible for providing accurate text, images, business details, and permissions for any materials supplied for the website.
Revisions
Revision rounds should be agreed in the quote. Extra changes outside the agreed scope may be quoted separately.
Hosting, domains, and third-party tools
Domain names, hosting, booking tools, analytics, form providers, and other third-party services may have their own costs and terms.
Ownership and handover
Ownership, file handover, account access, and ongoing support should be confirmed in the project quote or agreement before work starts.
Important note
This is practical starter copy and should be reviewed before publishing. It is not legal advice.
